Our operations Manager – Dimitra Savva has been in the condominium industry for 17+ years and holds her General License. Dimitra has served many years in the industry handling new construction, performance audits, Tarion process and major construction projects. Her position in the company allows her to handle all aspects of property management including support and mentorship with our staff along with the turnover of all new accounts. Her knowledge of financials, day-to-day operations, and physical aspects of condominiums and townhomes are an asset to our team.
