Integrity Property Management is a newly-branded company with an Executive Staff who have over 100 years of joint experience in the total building envelope. Our function is to ensure that we fulfill our commitments to the Board of Directors along with the owners. Our background defines the meaning of Integrity.

Jim O’Neill, R.C.M.

Senior Vice President

Our Senior Vice President – Jim has been involved in various facets of the property management industry for the past 30 + years. In 2003 he acquired his RCM designation. He enjoys meeting the many challenges of this most comprehensive business. His experience in the property management field is primarily in residential but also includes rental, commercial, non-profit and retail. Through Jim’s dedication to this industry, he served a two-year term on the Ethics Committee of ACMO in 2015 and 2016. Jim is also an active member of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) Advisory Committee. He continues to look at other areas of the business and to be an advocate for this vast and growing industry. His skills include business operations, staff development, budgeting, employee relations, negotiation expertise and analytical skills.

Gino Sisera

Senior Vice President

Our Project Management expert – Gino is an active member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). He also sits on the Tarion Advisory Board for the protection of condominium corporations. Over the last 30+ years Gino has utilized his depth of knowledge and expertise in construction and building automation to manage some of the most unique properties and associations in the city including University of Toronto Residences. His clients appreciate and value that beyond day to day management, they have a technical resource on staff capable of assessing and resolving complicated situations.
